Provide a comprehensive support and advisory service to line managers and employees on HR management issues, including recruitment and selection, terms and conditions of employment, absence management and disciplinary/grievance matters.

Based at: Radius House, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA

 

Reference: BP.HR.04

 

Hours: 37 hours per week

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • CIPD qualified and current membership to a minimum of Associate membership and at least 3 years' (gained in the last 6 years') relevant HR experience;
    Or; At least 5 years' (gained in the last 10 years') relevant HR experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of current and pending employment legislation and best practice.
  • Relevant experience must include providing advice and support to managers in the following areas:
    - discipline and grievance case management including investigation process;
    - effective management of sickness and absence protocols;
    - performance management protocols.
  • Current driving licence and provision of a vehicle / ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role
