Depaul wishes to recruit to the following role:
Human Resource Administrator
21 hours per week
Based in our Belfast office
Salary £16,280 FTE, part-time hours, permanent contract
This role is an excellent opportunity to join the HR team within Depaul NI.
The role:
- Responsible for the administration of the recruitment and induction process
- Maintain and update computerised personnel and learning & development records
- Assist the HR Coordinator in compiliting statistics and other relevant information
What we expect you to have:
- Minimum of 3 GSCE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above which must include English and Maths
- At least 1 year's experience in a HR administrative role
- At least 1 year's experience of using MS Office in the workplace to include Word and Excel
Helpful to have:
- Experience of using HR information systems e.g. PAMS
- Working towards CIPD qualificaiton (not essential)
