Housing Advisor

Based at: Radius Housing, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ

Reference: HA.SP.18

Hours: 37 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Hold a relevant third level professional qualification and have one year's recent experience managing an administrative caseload providing support and assistance to help vulnerable client groups access services within the area of housing/health/benefits. OR; Three year's recent experience in managing an administrative caseload providing support and assistance to help vulnerable client groups access services within the area of housing/health/ benefits; and 5 GCSE's or equivalent to include Maths and English Grade C or above.
• Demonstrable experience of having used Microsoft Office to include word processing and Excel spreadsheets.
• Experience of working in an environment regulated by set working policies and
  procedures.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a car/able to fulfil any mobility requirements of the post.
