Telephone Helpline Counsellors
Inspire Workplaces, and Inspire Students is a leading provider of EAP support to both the public and private sectors across the North and South of Ireland, Scotland and England. We work with employees from a broad range of organisations offering a high quality, robust psychological services. We provide specialist therapies for blue light services and critical incident responses and also support and promote positive mental health among the Student population.
Following a period of organisational growth our services are now available to over 1 million individuals and we are seeking to recruit helpline counsellors with the expertise and confidence to deliver telephone support, provide information and signpost on a wide range of issues in line with EAP industry guidelines and to BACP/IACP ethical practice, to enable us to meet the increasing demand for our services.
Helpline Counsellors will be contracted on a self-employed basis and should be accredited with BACP/ICP or equivalent.
