The Health & Support Worker's key task will be to assist the Project Manager in the development, targeting and delivery of a range of programmes aimed at improving the lives of older people at risk in the Triax area of Derry.
Candidates must be educated at least to A Level standard or equivalent and have at least one year’s relevant experience in the development and implementation of programmes targeted at older people OR have at least 2 years experience which is particularly relevant in the areas as outlined above.
