Head of Assessment - The Northern Ireland Police Fund

Job Role
The post holder will report directly to the Chief Executive. The post holder will exercise a high degree of autonomy for his/her particular area of work and have the ability to work as a key member of a small secretariat team. The Head of Assessment will be required to evaluate the viability and impact of funding applications from groups and individuals and structure programmes to best meet changing client need within a sound governance framework. They will also add value to the Funds existing work with individuals and organisations and consolidate and bring a high quality professional approach to the management of groups with drive and enthusiasm to encourage organisations to achieve, push boundaries and develop activities for their membership, who are also clients of the Fund.
