General Manager

The key focus of the post is to develop, oversee and maintain all financial and administrative, systems and operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Big Telly Theatre Company.

Working with the Artistic Director and Board of Trustees, the General Manager will oversee the strategic and business development of the company in line with its core aims.

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum - Tax and National Insurance contributions will be deducted by the employer. A 1% pension contribution will also be provided.

Hours: Hours of work will be 40 per week to be worked generally Monday to Friday but with the flexibility to accommodate the need for evening/weekend work for events and productions throughout the year. There is no overtime pay, but time off in lieu will be arranged to compensate for hours worked over 40 per week.

Leave: 28 days annual leave pro rata plus Bank Holidays

This is a fixed post with secured funding until 31st March 2018 through the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. Following this date, the will position will be based on a fixed term contract of 52 weeks’ duration with the possibility of extension on an annual basis dependent on core funding from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
