Financial Well-being Case Administrator

We are a Social Enterprise which provides Financial Wellbeing for the Community / Employers & Employees, we require someone preferably with experience in administering Mortgage & Insurance cases, or that has financial services experience.

We are a Social Enterprise that provides access to Financial Advice for Employers, Employees and the Community.

Any experience in Financial Services would be an advantage, but not essential.

You would be managing our CRM system, calling clients to discuss their needs and managing their progress through our advice process.

The position would be part time initially with a view to going full time in the future if it suits all parties.

Excellent computer skills and working on your own to tight schedules would be desirable.

 Salary is £15,932 (Pro rata) also negotiable
