Financial Controller

Based at: Holywood / Lisburn Road, Belfast

Reference: FC.FIN.01

Hours: 37 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• A relevant 3rd level qualification (min 2.2) and a current member of a recognised accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience of managing staff and evidence of reporting directly to Senior Management/Board.
• Demonstrable experience in the last five years of producing Annual Accounts for an organisation with a minimum turnover of GBP 10 million
• IT literate with practical experience of having operated integrated IT based financial systems, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle to fulfil the mobility aspect of the role
