We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to take responsibility for Facilities & Administration co-ordination.

Centenary House/Calder Fountain Lifehouse, Belfast

Salary: £25,557.36 per annum
Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week with participation in duty management and on-call duties
Details: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
The role of Facilities and Administration Co-ordinator is to provide effective management of the Housing Management and administration functions within our Residential Lifehouse Services. You will ensure there is a strong focus on customer service and be jointly responsible for ensuring our vision for high quality support services is delivered to everyone who comes into contact with us. You will also have excellent skills in motivating staff and clients, communication and relationship building, IT and report-writing skills and a commitment to empowering people to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
An NVQ Level 4, degree or professional qualification in a related field, or a willingness to work towards this, is essential.
