Employer Liaison Support Officer

The post holder will support LEMIS+ Project clients and employers once they have been placed in work. They will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with employers for the purpose of supporting clients in work across Belfast for a range of different employment contracts. They will develop processes to ensure the client stays in work and that the employer receives ongoing contact and support.
