Sightsavers are seeking a creative, experienced Donor Recruitment Manager to join their fundraising team in Dublin.

THE ROLE:

Sightsavers has a fantastic opportunity for a Donor Recruitment Manager to lead effective and accountable programmes that maximise supporter recruitment and long term income growth.

The successful candidate have prior Donor Recruitment experience particularly with D2D, Digital and DRTV, as they will lead the planning, development, and execution of DRTV, door-to-door, and press activities of all digital fundraising activity in Ireland to ensure contributions and loyalty from new supporters.

The role requires a proactive approach to testing, learning and improving our fundraising endeavours, which will give effective insight into planning future activities.

The position suits a strong analytical person with a third level degree in business, or a related field, experience of budget development and management, a proven record in project management, extracting and analysing data by using Excel and databases, and involvement in managing creative, print and media agencies. A background in generating fundraising income or prior employment for a non-for-profit organisation would be desirable
