Direct Dialogue Co-ordinator

Children in Crossfire is an International Development organisation based in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland that works to promote and protect the rights of children who are caught in the crossfire of extreme poverty.

The organisation seeks to appoint a highly skilled individual to the position of Direct Dialogue Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new direct debit donors through a door-door campaign and other recruitment techniques. The individual will be responsible for managing and motivating a small team of canvassers. This is a role for a highly motivated, dynamic person who is passionate about the work of Children in Crossfire. This is a full time/permanent post based in Derry /Londonderry.

We are embarking on an exciting 5-year development plan which includes expanding our income from regular gifts (direct debits). This role comes under the direct management of the Direct Marketing Coordinator and will be responsible for a team of canvassers.

Your time would be split between administrative management based at our Head Office and outdoors with your team canvassing support for Children in Crossfire.
