Development Officer (Part-Time)

The role of the Development Officer is to to increase involvement of older people in identifying and responding to needs within their own community and will focus on empowerment through training and support for older people to act as community leaders.  The role will facilitate the work of the G6 council of Older People's Forums, and also deliver a training programme for older people's groups across Belfast. Fixed term contract, subject to funding, salary pro rata NJC Point 29.
