Personnel & Training Services is recruiting on behalf of its client Mid & East Antrim Agewell Partnership (MEAAP) based in Ballymena.
The role of the Locality Community Navigator will focus on the promotion and development of preventative and reablement services for older people within the Community/Voluntary sector that focuses on health and wellbeing and the reduction of social isolation.
The successful candidate must meet the following essential criteria:- A recognised 3rd level qualification in health promotion, allied health profession, community development work, with 1 year’s experience of working in the field of health and / or community development supporting older people.
OR
- 3 years full time experience of working in the field of health and / or community development.
AND
- Some relevant experience gained within the Community / Voluntary sector.
- Proven experience of working within a client centred context.
- Full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes or access to a form of transport that will meet the travel requirements of the post
