Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator will work closely with Aurora management, the counselling team, the client support officer , and external clinical supervisors  to provide clinical coordination and direction to include :

• Ensuring the safety, quality and effectiveness of the counselling service delivered to clients.
• Ensuring appropriate  and effective clinical supervision and support  structures for therapists and staff
• Integrating best-practice approaches to working with clients with mild to moderate mental health problems within an early  intervention model  with a focus on trauma recovery
• Building local mental health knowledge and capacity.
