Centre Assistant/Groom

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Centre Assistant/Groom to join our team at The Donkey Assisted Therapy Centre, Belfast, supporting the Centre Manager and Riding Instructors in the effective running of the centre.       

Possessing experience of stable management and animal husbandry, you will provide care for our donkeys, maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times and be involved with the training and preparation of donkeys selected for the programme. You will assist with donkey interaction activities for children and adults with additional needs, both at the centre and as part of our outreach service. A flexible attitude, good communication and IT skills and a Driving Licence are essential.

This is a part-time, permanent contract starting as soon as possible, working 25.5 hours per week.
