Centre and Local Ministry Support and Development Coordinator

We are looking for a committed, motivated and experienced leader who is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with young people, and who has the ability and desire to inspire and support local churches, community groups and other like minded partners, to engage with disconnected and marginalsed young people.

This leader will serve as part of the YFCNI National Leadership Team; coordinating and delivering ongoing training, providing support and development to existing YFCNI Drop-in Centres; coordinating the setting up and pioneering of new YFC centres and projects across Northern Ireland; and ensuring the high quality delivery of programmes across the organisation.
