Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 1 years experience in food preparation
• Knowledge of COSHH, HACCP, Health and Safety
• Knowledge of dietary requirements for the elderly
• Understanding elderly needs
• City and Guilds 706/1, QCF/NVQ (Level 2) Catering or equivalent
