Prospects is a voluntary organisation that helps to transform the lives of people with learning disabilities by breaking down the barriers that limit individual choice.
We are seeking to recruit support workers to work Awake Nights shifts.
We are looking for individuals who can offer plenty of initiative and patience, well organised, team focused and flexible. If you don't already have QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, you should be willing to study for this key qualification.
You should have at least 6 months experience of working in a paid capacity with adults with learning disabilities and a full, clean driving licence.
Hours are 40 per week in shifts between 10:30pm and 08:30am, which will include weekends. Exact nights and times to be discussed.
Post- holders must be in agreement with the ethos of Prospects.
