Rathbone are recruiting a team of professionals across the Northern Ireland to act as ‘as and when’ or supply staff in the following areas: -Fermanagh/South Tyrone -North West -Newry/Mourne -Armagh -North Antrim

  • Salary: £17,381 to £19,163 per annum, pro rata
  • Contract: Fixed Term until 01 August 2012


We are looking for people who are willing to support a cluster of areas within a reasonable commuting distance and can be available at short notice to provide support/cover whilst recruitment is ongoing or for sickness absence etc.

These positions are an As/when position designed to meet the needs of our growing development portfolio throughout Northern Ireland.  It is envisaged that these posts will seek work alongside young people (10-18) that are referred to the organisation to provide a mentoring support and opportunities for personal and social development to enable their re-engagement and develop their self-awareness and confidence. The target group for the project will be the young people either at risk of offending behavior or have been involved in low-high offending activities.
