The main purpose of this job is to deliver the key aspects of New Lodge Youth Centre’s programme.
The Assistant Youth Support Worker will work directly with young people to facilitate their personal, social, and educational development, and to enable them to gain a
voice, influence and place in society. This person appointed will undertake duties with the direction of a Youth Worker in Charge or nominated Youth Support Worker. While duties will be primarily based in New Lodge Youth Centre, the post will include elements of outreach work.
