Advice & Information Officer - Ireland (FT)

Accustomed to providing advice and information support to customers, you'll have an understanding of statutory welfare provision and experience of building relationships with a range of different agencies. An excellent communicator with an outgoing personality and strong organisational and planning skills, you will also need good IT skills and be confident in supporting our beneficiaries through our online database.

It is essential that you have an empathy with the UK armed forces community and some knowledge and understanding of this area would also be an advantage.

There will be a requirement for travel across the area; therefore, a full driving licence and use of a car is essential for this role.
