WOMEN'STEC is seeking to recruit for the post of: Administrative Officer (Communications). This role is for 18 hours per week. Hours of work Monday – Friday 2-5pm, (with 3 hours to be agreed with line manager).
We are seeking to recruit for the post of:
Administrative Officer (Communications)
WOMEN’STEC delivers non-traditional training skills and opportunities throughout Northern Ireland and advocates for change in creating and promoting equal opportunities for all women.
Reporting to the Communications & Outreach officer, this role will involve switchboard duties, liaison with students, organising events/training programmes and maintaining efficient administration systems in relation to student progression. It will also involve assisting with corporate social media content and updates and ongoing maintenance of the WOMEN’STEC website.
The post holder will be confident in using Microsoft Office, have experience of updating databases. They will have excellent customer service skills. He/she will be someone who is proactive and understands the importance of consistent and well-executed administration.
Salary scale point 11 £15,807 pro rata (18 hours per week £8,129)
