Job Title: Administrator & Finance Officer
Reports to: Management
Closing Date 18th August 2017 @ 4pm
Hours 20hrs per week
Salary £8,500
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties include:
- Programme Attendance records received and checked on weekly basis
- Travel expenses paid as per claim requirements
- Attendance Records submitted to relevant bodies
- Any due top-ups paid
- Maintain Cash ledger books
- Answering general queries by telephone
- Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters
- Photocopying documents
- Sorting and opening post
- Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
- To assist the Management Team in maintaining quality standards for the company
- To be responsible for personal H&S and that of others as appropriate
- To report immediately any accidents or perceived hazards
- To undertake training as deemed appropriate
- Any other duties that might reasonably be requested by the Project Manager
These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the role will be subject to consultation.
Essential:
v Computer literate with recognised qualification in IT
v Experience of financial record keeping
v Educated to at least GCSE level with English and Maths essential
v Excellent communication skills
v A high degree of self-motivation
v A high degree of organisational and administration skills
