Would you like to improve your negotiation skills?

Negotiation is part of our everyday life and sometimes we do it without even realising.  As part of this workshop you will be introduced to the Seven Element Model to negotiate in a way that maintains relationships in the long term.  The model can and has been used successfully in negotiating in work situations and resolving conflicts both within and between communities.  It can also be appled to negotiating with family, children and partners.

This workshop will be taking place on Wednesday 30 May 2012 from 10am - 4.30pm at the WEA, 3 Fitzwilliam Street, Belfast.
