Join Fitness Northern Ireland over afternoon tea and light entertainment as they kick off the festivities whilst fundraising for a great charity, Disability Sport NI.

Proceeds to go to their charity for this year, Disability Sport NI.
Massage away your troubles with a demonstration where you will be shown techniques for giving a hand massage to yourself or others.
Also you will have an opportunity to make some special cards, with all materials supplied.
