Sustainability and Planning for the Future
A free workshop facilitated by Northern Ireland Environment Link (NIEL). Sustainability and planning for the future is vital to ensure the long term management and legacy, at an organisational and project level, for all voluntary and community groups.

This event is open to NIEL members, Space & Place grantees and wider sector groups who wish to learn more about planning for their future.

We have developed a morning event focusing on the key questions and areas of further learning that groups seek to learn more about. This open seminar and workshop event will equip attendees with an overview of strategic planning, as well as focusing on key operational and financial planning topics. The seminar will be followed by small breakout sessions giving attendees the opportunity for focused discussion on a particular area of their choice to obtain more detailed information and advice and share their experience with others.

The morning event will be followed by a networking lunch, giving attendees further opportunity to share their own experiences and learning with groups from across the community, heritage and environmental sectors.

Lunch will be provided following the event at 12:30pm.
