Are you aged 16 - 24 years old? Unemployed and not in education? The Fairbridge programme is flexible, supportive, and based on choice – YOU choose your own path through the programme based on individually set goals.
For everyone it starts with the Programme induction. This is an opportunity for you to come and look around our centre, hear about the programme and meet the staff and have a chat.
This is followed by a 5 day Access Course - including a residential.
Follow On Courses - Following on from the Access Course, each week you would choose from a calendar of short courses. These courses will help you develop skills in team work, communication, reliability, managing feelings, setting and achieving goals and self confidence.
Programme takes place in Belfast City Centre and is for young people aged between 16 and 24 who are unemployed & not in education

One-to-one Support - Throughout the programme you will be supported by a dedicated one to one worker who will offer support and guidance. Fairbridge doesn’t have an end date and you will be supported to take your next step when you are ready.. Your one to one worker will continue to support you for a further 3 months once you have exited the programme and you will be invited back to take part in events to celebrate your achievements.
