The Charity Retail Association is delighted to announce the date of our next Charity Retail Conference, titled strengthening your position in the charity retail sector, and aimed at those running charity shops in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, as well as others with an interest in the sector.  Delegates can update their knowledge in our practical and informative focus sessions, and can share ideas with other charity retailers over refreshments and lunch.

Warren Alexander, CEO of the Charity Retail Association, will explain why he believes charity shops are 'the unsung hero of charity retailing' in his plenary address.

Focus sessions are designed to give you practical suggestions of how to strengthen your retail operation.  There are a wide range of subjects to choose from including:
