The course will cover trafficking in human being in all its forms, examine international rights and duties affecting the protection of trafficked persons and look at the issue in relation to employment, criminal and immigration law.
In addition to the legal dimension, participants will gain understanding of the complexities of trafficking and of good practice in supporting and representing trafficked persons, including the problematic issue of remedial measure for victims such as access to compensation.
