Housing plays a central role in offering vulnerable people and those with complex needs the independence that enhances life opportunities. This conference will explore how housing, health and social care can work together to deliver housing and health options for the future, to lessen the pressure on services and deliver positive outcomes. Delegates will leave with strategic and practical solutions which they can apply in their own organisations and communities.

What will we be covering?

Join us on 14 & 15 September and hear from experts in health and housing through a mixture of plenaries and workshops.

Day one will explore how health, social care and housing can work together to design and deliver better services, which promote positive health outcomes. Bringing together experts from across the three sectors, delegates will have the opportunity to explore a range of options.

Day two will explore ways to listen, understand and respond to people’s changing health and housing needs. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from the experts about sustainable options for the future which will offer people appropriate and secure homes in desirable environments.
