Guide Dogs invite you to Go Walkies with Belfast Pride in support of Guide Dogs on 30 June 2013. As part of the Family Fun Day in Ormeau Park, Belfast Pride is introducing Paws for Pride - their very own Pride Parade for dogs.
Registration for the dog walk will begin at 1:30, at the start of the route, outside the Ozone Leisure Centre with the walk due to start at 2pm.
Health & Safety: All dogs must be kept on a lead and pet health and safety is the responsibility of dog owners. Guide Dogs and Belfast Pride will seek to ensure the safety of Go Walkies participants at all times. If you have any special requirements or are a Guide Dog Owner please contact the Belfast team on 0845 372 4702 and tell us about your needs; where possible Guide Dogs will seek to provide any assistance you may require.
Dog refreshments: Guide Dogs will provide water for your dog if they need it during the walk and at our Guide Dogs stand at the end of the parade.
As a huge thank you for their support, all doggy participants will receive a free Euknauba goody bag along with their certificate and Go Walkies dog tag. Plus one lucky walker will win a six months’ supply of Eukanuba dog food!
Please note for any dogs joining on the day there will be a suggested donation of £5.
Following the walk you are then free to enjoy the festivities and an afternoon of live entertainment with Belfast Pride. So, bring your pets, your family and friends and enjoy a fantastic day in the park
