This workshop will offer proven practical tools and techniques that can easily be applied to partnership working settings.
It will feature many real life examples of partnership working in the voluntary and community sector. These are drawn from the trainers' extensive experience of working with over 1,300 organisations to build successful partnerships and to support mergers in Northern Ireland.
This workshop will:
• Set in context the challenge of working in partnerships
• Outline the various different models of partnership working
• Provide an effective partnership working checklist
• Set out the legal aspects of working in partnerships that should be considered
• Outline the role of a legal agreement to underpin a partnership
• Provide tips on what to do if it all goes wrong or is going wrong
