What is the Course?

Level 2 Award in Customer Service 

As a Training Organisation, This course leads to certification in the HABC Level 2 Award in Customer Service.

What can I do once I complete the Course?

This Course will help you deliver excellent Customer Service.  It is suitable for all types of work.

How long does the Course take?

The Course takes around 6 hours in total.  It is normally delivered over 1 day or 2 evenings.

Is there a test at the end of the Course?  What is the pass rate?

There is 1 assessment – a 30 question multiple choice assessment.

We have a 100% pass rate at our Centre which is higher than the UK Average of 95%.

How is the Course delivered?  What will I learn?

The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials.  You will learn about communication with the customer and how to deal with difficult situations and why it is important to act fast.
