Employers have a legal duty of care to do as much as possible to keep their staff safe.
Employees, who are well trained in how to detect, react to and report potential risks and acts of aggression or violence are better equipped to make safer, more rational choices in the face of aggression and violence at work and can manage the aftermath of such incidents and report on them more effectively. Our full day training course aims to raise your organisational awareness in best practice for lone working and will enable you to develop the skill set to formulate best practice polices in lone working and personal safety for dissemination to your staff or review your existing policies. The course will include the provision of best practice template materials for your organisations use including a 75 page lone working manual.
