The event will reflect the Take 5 campaign to improve wellbeing:

Connect…..by coming together as a group of people to share a variety of experiences & to meet others who truly understand bereavement grief throughout the day, providing hope for a meaningful future beyond grief.

Be Active…..by participating in our workshops to look at how our physical health affects our emotional health & how little changes can make a big difference to how you feel.

Take Notice…..of the local artists displaying work reflecting their own journey of recovery through mental health trauma. & listen to personal stories of surviving bereavement by suicide which will inspire you with hope.

Keep Learning…..about new ways of finding support in your local community by meeting a variety of groups & support services & by discovering self-care techniques that can help personal healing occur and resilience grow.

Give…..yourself a little time to support your own health and healing in your own life. Your needs are important too & can often be overlooked in grief as we try to be strong for others on their journeys.
