Completing Disability Forms DLA/ESA Best Practice

The aim is to provide accurate knowledge on best practice for filling in the complicated forms  relating to disability and sickness claims.  It will involve how to complete the forms correctly in a timely manner in a way that will reduce misunderstandings and appeals.  It will illustrate the key information and criteria for both forms and show the importance of medical evidence and how it can best be incorporated into the forms.

There will also be a short presentation on Personal Independence Payments, the benefit that will replace DLA for working age claimants.
