Belfast City Council has commissioned DTNI and partners to assist in devising a policy to guide community management arrangements of its' assets. If you are interested in the potential for local organisations to manage public sector assets in the Belfast area, Belfast City Council would like to hear from you, as it engages in this process of devising a Community Asset Transfer Policy.
