As a Training Organisation, The Training and Recruitment House is accredited by TQUK/HABC/CIEH/IOSH. This course leads to certification in the CIEH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering/CIEH Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing.
What can I do once I complete the Course?
This Course will allow you to apply for many positions in the food, hospitality and care sectors as well as being an important requirement for those already working.
How long does the Course take?
The Course takes around 36 hours in total. It is normally delivered over 5 days.
A separate day is arranged for the Assessment - Friday 23rd June 2017

Who is the Course for?
This is an essential course for anyone Managing those working with food including cooking, preparing and serving. It previously was called “Advanced Food Hygiene”.
How is the Course delivered? What will I learn?
The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials. You will learn about food poisoning, personal hygiene and how to keep food safe from delivery to service.
