YOUTH WORKER POSTS (FULL TIME) 2024-2027 £26421

For the last 30+ years Springboard has been successfully working alongside young people to support their development.  We are now looking for Youth Workers (full time) to work on our PEACEPLUS funded Journeys programme.  The programme will offer young people exciting opportunities for self-development, building friendships and positive pathways for their future.

Key criteria include

• has or currently studying 3rd level qualification in youthwork or in a related field plus 3 years experience working with young people OR minimum Level 4 qualification plus 3 years' experience of working with young people
• experience of recruitment/engagement of young people, facilitation, individual needs assessment and mentoring young people.
