SUPPORT WORKER POSITION (FULL TIME ) 2024-2027

For the last 30+ years Springboard has been successfully working alongside young people to support their development.  We are now looking for a Support Worker (full time) to work on our PEACEPLUS funded Journeys programme.  The programme will offer young people exciting opportunities for self-development, building friendships and positive pathways for their future.

Key criteria include:

• Hold Level 3 qualification in a relevant field and minimum 2 years' experience of working with young people.
• Experience of recruitment & engagement of young people, facilitation and providing participant support.
• Previous experience of providing programme support.
